    Thank you. Interesting subject. Used triptans 3-4 times a week for over a decade and it is hard to know how much of the damage you can feel in the body is because of the migraine and how much is because of the triptans. One thing is for sure, I would not have made it this far without them. Hopefully this video will help others feel less frightened

      Rule on triptan use-only 2 days per week due to risk of medication overuse headache. See my video on MOH. Your use of triptans this often may be driving your migraines.

      @@whatismigraine-britttalley233 Not much else to do at a certain point but it never had any problems with overuse headaches from triptanes. Small blessings! Best to be careful for sure but I don't really see how you would get around medication if your pain is chronic.
